Hi I’m Ben, Sports Massage Therapist based in Cardiff

I have been an active runner all my life competing on a regular basis. I also take part in numerous outdoor sports such as kayaking, climbing and mountain biking. After struggling with lots of little injuries I decided I wanted to learn more about my body so I could understand my own body; this was when I looked into sports massage. During this journey I have learnt that we need to look at the body as a whole. Since qualifying to work as a Sports Massage Therapist I have worked with members of the general public helping them to move better and also supporting elite athletes. For me, the biggest point to remember is you do not have to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage therapy.

Ben also goes above and beyond by advising on stretching and strengthening exercises which has helped me to prevent further occurrences of the same problems.
